Meet the Team at My Milpitas Dentist

Dr. Anthony Yen

Dr. Anthony Yen is the proud owner and lead dentist at My Milpitas Dentist. After earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the ATSU Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, he purchased his current practice.

Dentistry runs in Dr. Yen’s family. His father was also a dentist. Watching the positive impact his father made on patients inspired Dr. Yen to follow in his footsteps. Today, he continues that legacy by helping patients feel confident and comfortable. Dr. Yen is passionate about building a supportive, team-centered environment for patients and team members alike. Leading a group that shares his values of compassion and quality care is one of the most rewarding parts of his work.

Outside the office, Dr. Yen enjoys mountain biking, weightlifting, playing basketball, and spending time outdoors. He’s also an autocross enthusiast and competes in timed motorsport events. A fun fact about Dr. Yen is that he was a DJ from middle school all the way through dental school. 

Dr. Nicole Chhea

Dr. Nicole Chhea is an associate dentist at My Milpitas Dentist. She joined the team after earning her degree from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. Dr. Chhea works hard to help patients feel confident in their smiles. She enjoys restoring comfort, function, and beauty to improve each person’s oral health. Her favorite part of dentistry is connecting with people; plus, she gets to work with her husband, Dr. Yen! She loves getting to know her patients and creating a friendly, positive experience with every visit.

Outside of work, Dr. Chhea enjoys cooking, running, biking, and traveling. She also loves karaoke and spending time with her friends and family.

Morgan

Dental Assistant

Morgan is a dental assistant, where she plays a key role in creating a smooth and comfortable experience for every patient. She works closely with Dr. Yen during dental procedures, prepares patients for their appointments, and keeps treatment rooms organized, stocked, and sterilized. Her attention to detail and calm, caring nature help patients feel relaxed and well cared for from start to finish.

Morgan began her career in dentistry in 2010 after completing her training at Foothill College. She joined the My Milpitas Dentist team in 2022 and quickly became known for her positive attitude and teamwork. She loves being part of such a supportive and patient-focused environment, where everyone shares the same goal of helping people enjoy a better dental experience.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys swimming, hiking, going to the gym, and trying new restaurants. She’s also a talented painter and has a fun fact that surprises most people: she studied ballet for 16 years!

Damsel

Dental Assistant

Damsel is a dental assistant, where she helps ensure every patient feels comfortable and cared for. She prepares and organizes treatment rooms, disinfects equipment, and assists the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and supporting patients throughout their visit.

Damsel began her dental career in 2024, receiving her training on the job at My Milpitas Dentist. She loves calming anxious patients and forming strong connections with both her coworkers and the people she treats. Her friendly and attentive approach makes patients feel at ease while helping the team run smoothly.

Outside of the office, Damsel enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time outdoors. She also has a passion for photography and videography, capturing moments in creative ways. At home, she is the proud owner of two Shih-Tzu dogs.

Jasmine

Financial Coordinator

Jasmine brings both organization and compassion to every patient interaction. She understands that the financial side of dental care can sometimes feel overwhelming, and she takes pride in helping patients navigate their insurance benefits, payment options, and treatment plans with confidence and ease. Jasmine enjoys making this part of the process simpler and more transparent so patients can focus on what really matters: their health and their smile.

Jasmine is also passionate about teamwork and collaboration. She values the supportive environment at My Milpitas Dentist, where every team member works together toward a shared goal: providing exceptional, patient-centered care.

Drawn to the dental field by her love of helping others, Jasmine combines her strong organizational and financial skills with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives.

Outside the office, Jasmine enjoys cooking, particularly experimenting with new recipes and flavors, as well as spending time outdoors camping with family and friends.

A fun fact about her: she’s a talented special effects artist who creates theatrical Halloween makeup looks each year, transforming herself and her friends into dramatic, spooky characters. And without fail, she makes time for at least one camping trip every summer.

Lesly

Patient Care Coordinator

Lesly is often one of the first friendly faces patients see when they arrive. She takes pride in helping people feel comfortable and cared for, especially those who may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. For Lesly, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a patient walk in nervous and leave smiling, knowing she played a part in making their visit a positive one.

Lesly was drawn to the dental field by her passion for helping others and her desire to make healthcare experiences more welcoming and supportive. She brings warmth, empathy, and a genuine dedication to patient comfort to every interaction.

Outside the office, Lesly enjoys camping and baking. She also loves playing soccer, indulging her love for tacos, and has a fun talent for doing her own acrylic nails.

Kimberly

Dental Assistant

Kimberly joined My Milpitas Dentist in 2023, bringing curiosity, energy, and a genuine passion for patient care to the team. A graduate of Foothill College, she loves that every day in dentistry offers new opportunities to learn, whether it’s refining a procedure, supporting her colleagues, or connecting with patients on a personal level. Kimberly believes that getting to know each patient and helping them feel at ease is key to creating a positive, comfortable, and enjoyable dental experience.

She was drawn to dentistry because of her long-standing interest in healthcare and her desire to help others feel confident in their smiles. Kimberly thrives in the hands-on, detail-oriented nature of her work and finds joy in making a real difference in patients’ lives through attentive and compassionate care.

Outside of the office, Kimberly stays active with her two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Pitbull-Husky mix, enjoying hiking, walking, and exploring new outdoor spaces together. She also loves creative projects, whether that’s altering clothing, making music, or trying out new hobbies. A fun fact about Kimberly: she has a love for very spicy food and never shies away from a culinary challenge.

Cathy

Hygienist

Cathy has been a dedicated dental hygienist for four years, joining My Milpitas Dentist in 2022 after two years of experience as a dental assistant. A graduate of Foothill College with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene, Cathy provides comprehensive care that includes cleanings, x-rays, preventive treatments, and oral hygiene education. She also plays a key role in identifying signs of oral disease and supporting the dental team to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Cathy’s favorite part of her work is building trust and creating a welcoming environment for patients. She loves helping patients feel confident in their oral health and enjoys collaborating with her supportive team to provide the highest level of care. She was inspired to pursue dental hygiene because she has always loved her own dental visits and wanted to make others’ experiences equally comfortable and enjoyable.

Outside the office, Cathy enjoys exploring new places, savoring good food, and spending time at the beach. She has a unique hobby of meditating by the ocean, which helps her stay grounded and bring a calm, positive energy to her work. A fun fact about Cathy: she loves watching sunsets at different beaches, always seeking the perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature after a busy day.

Diana

Hygienist

Diana is a dedicated registered dental hygienist at My Milpitas Dentist, where she joined the team in September 2025. She began her career in dentistry in 2013 as a registered dental assistant in pediatric and general dentistry. Driven by a passion for patient education and oral health, Diana returned to school and completed the dental hygiene program at Foothill College in Los Altos, CA, becoming a registered dental hygienist in 2021.

Diana’s focus is on helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through gentle, thorough care and education. She strives to make every visit comfortable and positive while supporting the dental team in providing exceptional care. She especially enjoys being part of a supportive team environment, where collaboration and communication ensure patients feel at ease and build trust in their oral care.

Outside the office, Diana enjoys exploring coffee shops across the Bay Area and getting lost in a good book. She also has a creative side, baking desserts and bread, and loves spending time outdoors, whether on peaceful nature walks or relaxing at the beach.

Nathan

Hygienist

Nathan is a skilled dental hygienist at My Milpitas Dentist, where he has been a valued team member since 2019. He began his journey in dentistry in 2016, inspired by a family deeply rooted in the dental field. Nathan earned his training at San Joaquin Valley College in Visalia, CA, where he developed the foundation for his expertise in oral health care.

Nathan’s favorite part of his work is building rapport with patients while positively influencing their oral health. He takes pride in creating a comfortable, friendly environment where patients feel cared for and educated about their smiles.

Outside the office, Nathan is a dedicated father who enjoys playing and raising his daughter. He also loves playing basketball and has a unique, creative side as a DJ for various events, sharing his passion for music with friends and the community.

A fun fact about Nathan: he was born in Illinois, a detail that surprises many who know him today.
